Well, today I had a short work day, and then I'm off tomorrow unless they need me to do something, but they'll call me for that.

Guess the only notable good thing that happened today was that I received the test results back from my MRI scan. Was told that the ligaments were fine and the cartilage was intact, only fluid was built up (but I already knew that). Was told to rest it and keep off it as much as possible until Friday's orthopedic appointment. So no surgery is needed.

So yeah, that's really the only notable things that happened today.

No blog entry today. Tired and exhausted from work. Had a nice spurt of energy after lunch, which was weird, but I think I spent it setting up monitors too fast. lol.

But like seriously, my eyelids are about to collapse here. See y'all tomorrow, and hopefully I'll have more energy.

Another short blog post, because I put off posting till right when I need to get to bed.

Quickie Verison:
~Had a bad start to the day because I forgot my ID badge, but was lucky that I hadn't gone too far from home. Day ended on a meh note.
~Need to get outside and get an all around tan now that my arms and legs are several shades darker than my chest.
~I may have been acting a bit snappish and/or different recently, mainly due to stress that I'm putting on myself. Worrying about possibly having to do surgery on my knee. Worrying that I'm becoming more like my dad with my work schedule. I'm trying to remain positive as best I can, but it's hard as hell at the moment.
~ Another 6am start time for work and that will be default starting time unless said otherwise. Waking up at 4am until August? *deflates*

So I helped my dad today put up a new antenna for my grandparents on his side, so it was nice to seem them again and spend time with them. One of my cousins was also visiting from Flordia with her baby, so it was neat to see her again and hold my cousin once removed, or something like that.

Aside from that, I need to end this blog early becuase I need to get up at 4am for work again. So see y'all!

Erica: Yeah, I am enjoying my job. The soreness and exhaustion is killing me too, but I figure it'll all be worth it in the end. So far, the means will justify the end. Hoping that you'll find a job that you enjoy soon! :)

TGIF! Been a busy week and I'm finally glad it's the weekend.

So I've calculated up my pay for the week, and it's come out to approximately $647.50. Take away 34 bucks cause I had to fill up gas (dang car takes premium) and I come out with a profit of $613.50 for the week. And I haven't even added in the mileage reimbursement they're going to give me for traveling.

The wacky weather continued today. High of 91 or something like that, with heat index into the low 100's. Then later on there was a major storm headed my way, but it skimmed by me and headed south right at the last minute, which made for some cool skylines.

Had an MRI on my left knee, and I tell you, staying still for 20-25 minutes is hard when you're forced to do it. You just start to realize how fidgety you really are then, lol. The results should be in by next Thursday or something like that, and than I have an orthopedics appointment on Friday to have their opinion on what the hell is up with my knee. I'll keep y'all updated the more I know.

I just really hope that they don't need to do any surgery or anything like that. 1) I would like to be able to use my knee to get around since I need it to work/school, and 2) It would cost money, and I would have to help out with college tuition, which would hamper my final goal of taking a vacation at the end of summer before school starts.

So this is all for today. I'm exhausted from work, so I'm probably going to hit the hay soon.

Today was wild. First off, it apparently rained overnight, which explained the pond that my backyard got turned into and the fact that I didn't want to get up. When I went to drive out of the driveway, I found out that despite my earlier judgment, the gate was in fact not closed.

So in autopilot, I step out of my car to open it. Second my foot hits the ground, water rushes into my shoe and both my socks and shoes are thoroughly soaked. A bit frustrated, I then proceed to pull the car forward and run in the front door and grab my heavier hiking boots and dry socks. I then proceed to drive barefoot to the shop and put my shoes on there.

Later on, on the way to the school in Saginaw/Eagle Mountain, I drive through a massive deluge of rain, only for it to clear up when I arrived at the school. Then, when the other workers and I were unloading the computers, another sever thunderstorm whipped up right over our heads and soaked us. It continued to rain and thunder most of the time we were working there, cause I think we were near where the storms were initially forming.

I had more, I think. I don't know. It's late now (was away from the computer for a couple of hours) and I'm exhausted which is causing my knee to have problems. Have to be in to work by 6am again. Bedtime for me.

Before I forget, sorry that I'm not replying to y'alls comments. I've just been too exhausted in the evening. Promise I'll catch up on the weekends.

Well, I had a slightly shortened work day today, but traffic nixed getting done with the job at 5pm, a severe storm system came rolling through around 7pm, I've had paperwork to do so that I can get paid and I have to get up at 4-4:30am for work tomorrow.

So nonetheless, what I was going to post about tonight will have to be postponed until tomorrow, since I still need to scan a couple of things for my paperwork.

Or in my case, the opposite. I swear, everytime I get on the highway, I get at least one person riding up on my rear. It's half tempting to quickly brake to see their reaction, but I value my safety too much to experiment like that.

Otherwise today would probably be the longest day I've ever worked, including last summer. Worked for 13 hours total, and have been awake for at least 17 hours. It would've gone faster had we not lost two workers because they had to go to their other jobs.

I have to be back at the shop at 6:30am tomorrow, and wee have about 177 computers that need to be set up and installed at one school, so I'm sensing another all-day at work.

Guh. Had a 12 hour work day that started at 6:45am on my first day on the job. Don't hate it or anything, I'm just drained. But it's worth it if I can take a vacation near the end of August. Completely worth every minute.

Went to three different schools and set up 79 computers total today, and barely used any gas. Good thing since my car burns premium gasoline.

In fact, I have to be back to the warehouse at 45 minutes earlier tomorrow, so I'm going to have to end this blog now so I can wake up at 4am. Don't if there's a word limit on blogs for it to count, if there is, I'll catch up during the weekend or something.

I'm not quite sure what to blog about today. Nervous about putting too much of me out there on the internet(had some stuff happen that I'm not to keen on happening again), and then the people who actually read (or skim) this blog already know most of this stuff.

I did go see Up today, in Digital 3D. Movie had a few sad background themes, which I won't spoil, but I overall enjoyed it.

Tomorrow I have my first day of work, which takes me about 30-45 miles away from home. I'm footing the gas bill this summer, since I'm planning on being good about taking my lunch. Only sucks becuase the car I drive (2003 Mitsubishi Galant) takes premium gasoline, ugh.

So adios my readers, see y'all tomorrow if I make it through the frist day back on the job. lol

Need two posts today to fix for missing a day. Sorry for the wussy post, but I needed to relieve some feelings. How it's broken is how it's supposed to be read. Yeah. I'm an amateur writer. Deal with it.

So, good news today! I got a job at the old place that I worked at last summer, and for $1.50 more! Basically, I'm going to go around the DFW area and be installing new computers into the school systems, then setting up the BIOS on those computers, all for 10 bucks an hour.

Really exciting because it's on step closer toward my goal of taking a personal vacation before school starts (cause the one I had taken to Michigan was more or less a trip, not vacation).

Oh, and the Blue Thunder Lego kit? Finished it in 4 hours. Didn't even last me one day because I got bored after my interview.

And dammit, I screwed up already and missed a day. There's goes my perfection that I was trying to achieve. Oi.

So since nothing of really interesting value happened today, aside from me running errands and getting a haircut, I decided to talk about my favorite childhood toy, Lego Building Blocks.

Loved the kits when I was growing up, with the instructions on how to create the picture on the box. I also have a big tub of random pieces (some probably came from kits that were disassembled) where I can just make anything I want out of, which is fun when I'm up to it. In fact, I've just recently torn apart my Blue Thunder set (for like the fourth time) and am planning on rebuilding it during the summer cause I love putting it together so much.

Like I said, today was mostly a boring day, but tomorrow I have a promising interview with the same job I had last summer, so I'll have something interesting to blog about then. :p

So lately I've been watching a lot more of television than I normally do, of course, it's mostly sci-fi kinda stuff, so it's pretty cool in my opinion. One little quirk about me is that I can't really get into a television show if I don't watch the first couple of episodes, and I don't bother watching it until I can.

Heroes: Show about people with abilities, kind like if comic book powers came to life. Like the idea behind it, but think a few tweaks can be used to make it more appealing. Don't get me wrong, I like the show enough to join a site devoted to it and write stories, but nothing's perfect. :p

Supernatural: Thanks to Maxii, Justin, Linds, and Synch; I've gotten into this show and just recently finished the season 4 finale, catching up with them. I'm really enjoying this show very much, and I can't wait till the next, and most likely last, season airs so I can watch it with them.

Leverage: One of the few shows that I've really gotten into without seeing the first episode. Reminds me of the Ocean's movies, and I really enjoyed those because I liked that style.

Psych: As my stepfather says, it's mostly comedy with hints of drama, which is probably why I like it. 80s and pop culture references galore are used throughout the show.

Lie To Me: Like the premise behind it, using the concepts of lying to solve mysteries/murders/investigations. Got into it because I was taking a course on Interpersonal Communication this past semester and nonverbal cues was a part of the lesson.

Life After People: Miniseries on the History Channel that depicts what happens to our structures as if humans vanished from the face of the Earth tomorrow. Love it because it shows just how non-permanent our civilizations are in the grand schemes of things, and how nature can just reclaim itself in our absence.

These are just a few shows that have interested me that I've thought to share. Tomorrow I should have something more revelant to post about, lol. See y'all then!

Well, like I said in my first post and if the title is any indicator, I'd formally introduce myself in my second blog. Y'all can call me Bryan, but to most I'm known as Zensu14, or Zen for short, as that's become my moniker for the internets.

As you can probably tell by the way I type, along with my profile information, I'm from the south. Texas to be specific. Now, don't go and assume I'm like all other Texans, I ain't got any cowboy garb that some people think of (although I do own a pair of boots).

As a Texan, I enjoy the good and the bad of having been raised up as a Dallas Cowboys fan, so those of you who aren't, you can blame my parents for that. lol. I enjoy watching the other Dallas-area teams as well (Texas Rangers for baseball, Dallas Mavericks for basketball, and Dallas Stars for hockey), but they rarely go into the playoffs, and when they do, they're ousted basically the first round.

I do go to college, and even though I don't typically use a high level of vocabulary when I talk, I can probably take a good stab at what you're talking about if you do use a high level of vocabulary. Personally, I just prefer talking on a relaxed level. Right now I'm planning on majoring in Business. Hoping to make some kind of difference in the current market.

I am very computer literate, having had a computer since I was about 5 or 6 years old. First computer I ever had was the Tandy 1000, which was my uncle's computer before mine. In fact, I still have that computer, but it's just collecting dust over on my desk. And as a byproduct of my computer literacy, I am a very big gamer when I find something good to play. I'm always up for a game of Madden, positively love the game.

Television and movies....I like almost anything. Horrors I haven't really gotten into yet mainly because I think I was a little too busy dealing with other things as a child, so I never got into them. Love Sci-fi and comedy. Like Action, Adventure and Mysteries. Not too big on Romance movies, but I've seen a few courtesy of my mom forcing me to watch them. And I tolerate some Musicals, while others I enjoy.

Music is a touchy subject for me, because I'm not sure how to explain it. I don't really like any particular artist (except if his name is Garth Brooks), I like the songs. So I can like one song by Rhianna, but I don't like another song by her.

Overall, I feel like I'm a very laid back person. I like to relax and be around my friends and family. I'll admit that I have occasionally have a problem dealing with anger, but then again, I don't typically meet people that I get that angry at. I'm calm most of the time...close to Zen-like calmness. ;)

And finally, the title of my blog. Chaotic Zen is, in my interpretation, a synonym for Yin and Yang. It also has my internet moniker in it, which is technically a misnomer on occasion, it's opposite being of course, Chaos. The sentence below it is really cool, because it's kinda true. Without chaos, we wouldn't know what order was. And without order, we wouldn't know what chaos was.

So I think that about covers most of it....maybe. Reading back over it, sounds like I'm answering questions for a dating service. lol. And it's late again when I post an update. I really need to get a handle on this before I slip up. A big shoutout to my friend Maxii for reminding me today!

Well, I'm not off to a very good start. lol.

So yeah, I was planning to be a good little soldier about this and try to blog once per day for a month, but I guess I kinda screwed that up already. That's what I get for getting lost in episodes of Supernatural cause I'm trying to catch up.

So yes, I'm going to attempt this NaBloPoMo thing with my buddy Justin (or Riddler) over at his blog, which has been running for a month now, relatively smoothly.

If I remember from a couple of Justin's blogs, I can make up a day by posting twice the next day, so I'll do that later, since technically I'm supposed to be in bed right now. Have a doctor's appointment at 10:50am in the morning.

I guess I'll do formal introductions then, so I'll catch whoever reads this later. See y'all!
